Accommodation

As the meeting runs into the evening poster session, the organizers will arrange accommodation.

Eligible: Young Researchers Meeting participants who need accommodation (specific eligibility will be communicated individually)
Accommodation: arranged by the organizers at a nearby business hotel, with some shared rooms between participants
Accommodation expenses: planned to be fully or largely covered by the organizers through a grant program
Transportation expenses: provided for invited speakers
Accommodation and booking details will be announced later
Application deadline: August 31 (Mon), 2026 (accepted through the main symposium registration form)
