On Oct 7 (Wed), opening and orientation will run 15:00–15:20, followed by Yusuke Kumai’s invited talk at 15:20–15:50, a break and slide check at 15:50–16:10, and Chisaki Yashiki’s invited talk at 16:10–16:40. General flash talks will run 16:40–18:20. The 15 general presentations have been renumbered Y01–Y15. Only the order of talks is listed, without individual start times.

Presentation numbers and the order of flash talks are available on the Presentations page. Flash talks use one 4:3 slide and last up to 5 minutes; bring the slide on a USB flash drive. Posters must be portrait A0 (within 841 × 1189 mm), with no assigned core time or required attendance period. No abstracts are required for the Young Researchers Meeting.
The two invited talks on the first day of the meeting (Oct 7 (Wed), 15:00–18:30) have been decided: 熊井 勇介, "Revealing in-river movement patterns of eels with Bayesian models," and 屋敷 智咲, "Streaked shearwater movements are influenced by current-velocity gradients and chlorophyll concentration." The meeting program has been updated to reflect the official flyer (invited talks, networking session, young researchers poster sessions 1 and 2, and a scheduled 11:00 finish). The deadline for registration and presentation entry is August 31 (Mon), 2026. The schedule is provisional and will be updated on this site as changes are made. The main event is the 21st Bio-Logging Science Symposium, with the theme "Social Behavior and AI Technology."
